Many thanks to Caro, Rebekah, and the whole team! After getting approval of my spouse’s I-601 waiver request (no easy feat) last summer, we moved on to the immigrant visa and green card. Caro helped with preparation for the interview at the US Consulate in April by role playing (2 sessions) with my spouse. This was so helpful. Everything went great at the interview! The visa was granted, and now we are waiting for the green card to arrive. My spouse was in the US (undocumented) for over 26 years, so we had little hope that the situation could be resolved….but it has been resolved!! We are together in the US and looking forward to our future together. No more fear and worry. THANKS AGAIN!!

The US visa process can seem daunting, especially when it is your child’s medical treatment at stake. Caro was great throughout the whole process, very sensitive to our specific need, gave us all the right advice. Thanks to her our petition got approved in minutes and our daughter could get the treatment that was not available anywhere in Europe.

My ESTA was denied at the Dublin airport the officer told me I was coming into work which was not true, but he would not let me board my flight to New York. After speaking with Caro she felt it was best to proceed with a tourist visa and that a waiver was not necessary even though another lawyer had told me I did need a waiver. Caro sent me a list of documents I needed and reviewed all and gave me a very detailed prep session before the interview so I felt confident. The prep helped me greatly as I had never been to an embassy before and could not believe the numbers of people I saw being denied before me. Caro also wrote a legal argument that the embassy officer reviewed. My visa was approved and Caro explained that gives me greater flexibility than the ESTA. Caro also prepped me on what to expect at the airport and the types of questions the officers may ask and what documents to bring so no future misunderstandings occur! THANK YOU SO MUCH CARO!!!!

****My fiancé finally got her K-1 Visa!! We are ecstatic. Caro is an amazing thorough intricate lawyer. She is knowledgeable and proficient in knowing the Immigration Law. She answered all of our questions and concerns. Her team did a wonderful job as well.Now onto the green card process. We are excited for what holds ahead for us in the near future.

WOW I got the news today that my green card was approved and Caro prepped me well for the interview and worked hard on my case, and I am forever grateful to her for that.
