Both my kids got their US citizenship and this is all thanks to Caro. I had called Caro about a separate issue and only speaking to her she asked why I had not applied for my children’s US citizenship. I told her because they have lived in Ireland all their lives and so have I essentially. She explained they qualified and the consulate in Dublin approved their US passports. Good service by Caro

I was asked several questions about my past arrest during my airport. I had to sign sworn statement. Even after signing the statement, my visa got denied. I panicked my employer would need to be told. Caro took my case after a consultation. Caro was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and explained each step in the process very clearly so we knew exactly what to expect and when. Initially the waiver was not accepted by the consulate and Caro advised me not to give up so went again and it was accepted and after 6 months it was approved.

My friend referred me to Caro. She helped my wife get her Visa approved and helped her in coming back to America with me. She was even able to get my wife her Green card and her Social Security card. It has been almost 2 years sense this all happened and now it is time for the Removal of Conditions to be taken off of my wife’s Green card and for it to be renewed to a 10-year green card. Once again I have contacted Caro to help me with this process.

I was denied entry at the airport and the officer made me sign a sworn statement. I felt like it was an interrogation because there were couple of officers asking me questions for nearly 4 hours. Thankfully, I decided to speak to Caro first. She advised me not to go to the consulate unless I was represented by an attorney. Caro took care of my case, and it was approved, really difficult case that caused a lot of stress.

Caro helped me with a self-petitioning green card under the EB1A category. She believed I was overqualified for the O1 visa, and she was right. I got my green card while I was outside the US, and now I’m entering as a chef specializing in sushi cuisine.

I went to the London consulate, but the officer refused to look at my documents or refused to give me the time of day and just denied my visa.. A few months later, I had the same officer and the same issue. Then I spoke to Caro. She really knew what she was talking about and fixed the problem for me. It took about 20 months, but I finally got my approval. I couldn’t have done it without Caro’s help.

My girlfriend received a work visa and was transferred to the U.S. by her company. Since we were not married, I wanted to be with her not just more for 90 days under a visa waiver. I reached out to Caro Kinsella for advice, and she suggested we apply for a household visa. Thanks to Caro, our household visa was approved, and now I can be in the U.S. with my girlfriend for the next three years. Caro made it possible and I could not be happier.

USCIS denied our petition. We then retained Caro’s services as we only had 30 days to appeal. We did not know what to do and we were very anxious. Caro helped us to file the appeal her legal argument won the case.

I admitted to an airport officer that I had taken marijuana, which was legal in the state where I took it. However, I was denied entry and told I was inadmissible. I reached out to Caro;s office and got to speak with Caro herself. She advised that I need a waiver. After a year and a half and two attempts at the consulate, we eventually got the approval. Thank you, Caro!

When I was stopped at the airport, I was planning to attend my friend’s daughter’s birth. I was questioned multiple times and signed a statement without knowing my legal rights. After speaking with Caro, I realized I had made the situation worse. I went up to the consulate and I would not have got the visa approved if it was not for Caro because not only did I bring the documents but one of the documents the officer specifically asked to see. She really helped me in getting through the interview as I can be a nervous person.

After 2 years and 2 months our E visa got issued. And that was not possible without Caro’s help at the time, we were so frustrated because the consulate kept asking for more evidence. Very pleased with your services.

Caro made sure that I understood the types of questions the airport officer was going to ask me and the type of documents they would request to review and because of that I was able to deal with the officer when I was asked to provide a document. Thank youCaro.

I have worked with Caro for years, starting with a temporary visa, then to a green card and now I’ve got US citizenship. Caro guided me through the whole process for over 9 years. Dealing with immigration is tough but Caro;s experience made it a lot easier.

The London consulate issued me the 221g form with refusal at the end of my visa interview. The officer asked me to submit additional documents; I did this and 4 months later the consulate was ignoring my emails, my case was going nowhere. Caro took over the case and dealt 100% with the embassy and they approved my visa she had to really fight them and was aggressively emailing them every month for over 8 months, reminding them of the law andI really thought it as going nowhere until the consulate contacted me out of the blue and said they would approve my visa to courier my passport to them. I would not have got the approval without Caro help.

I was born in the States but moved back home when I was 3 years old. I called Caro’s office to help my son get his green card. She said he qualified for US citizenship through my parents my son’s grandparents. I couldn’t believe it and she was right as my son was issued citizenship by the embassy. I tell everyone about Caro

My ESTA was cancelled by the immigration officer at Shannon airport. Then I went to the Belfast consulate and my visa was denied. It was denied again a 2nd time when I went back to the embassy. Someone referred me to Caro and After speaking to her, she put together my tourist visa application. The officer asked me questions that I knew how to answer as Caro had explained the law and went through all my documents. This time I understood home ties and had the documents to show. Thanks again Caro

My B2 visa was rejected three times for lack of home ties; a letter from consulate said 214(b) grounds. I lost all hope. Caro provided guidance and assistance I just found out it was approved. I am so relieved. The interview was still horrible but this time I knew why the officer was asking me what he did and I was able to argue that I had sufficient home ties.

I had a green card and due to family circumstances had to return home. I was outside the US for 16 months and when I tried to re-enter the officer said I had abandoned my green card status. I was so angry as it took me years to get the green card. I contacted Caro’s office and she was able to put a case together and told me what to do and I was paroled into the US, adjudicated at a secondary inspection site and the officer re-issued my green card. I was so worried I lost my green card. Thank you so much Caro
