I retained Caro’s services as my USC spouse who was living with me wanted me to get the green card so we could move permanently to the US. I met Caro in Dublin and After my consultation retained her services. She advised that the process would take a good 20 months.

Caro filed our case with USCIS and this was approved within 12 months. She then sent us a checklist for National Visa Center (NVC) however my spouse was tragically diagnosed with Cancer and we needed to put a halt on everything. Caro made sure our case was not terminated and after keeping our case alive when we were ready to proceed she had the NVC part approved.

When we moved to the consulate side of things Caro went through a very detailed consultation with me going over documents and updating forms. The officer took over 2 hours to approve the green card and I was issued a 2-year green card.

She then filed an I-751 removal of my condition so USCIS gave me a 10 year green card and she explained I could expedite file a US Citizenship case at the same time. No sooner had my I-751 extension notice come in then I was called for my citizenship interview with US Immigration. As with all past interviews Caro went through everything with me from what documents I needed, to possible questions to the civics test. The interview was short compared to the green card one at the consulate. 2 weeks after my interview I receive a notice to attend the Oath Ceremony. I am now a joint US and Irish citizen and will be sponsoring for my mam’s green card as we want her close to us as she is in her late 70s now.

What I like most about Caro is her transparency. She fully explains things so we understood this was why we hired her initially as she was able to break down difficult things. She kept us in the loop there were no surprises and I recommend Caro if anyone talks about their immigration.
