I was denied entry under my visa waiver at Dublin Airport 4 years ago. The officer asked why I was entering, and I said that I wanted to spend a week with my fiancée. As soon as he heard the word “fiancée,” he said I could not enter under a visa waiver and denied my entry. I was absolutely floored because I had traveled back and forth several times throughout the year, and my Afiancée would also come and visit me without any issues.

I contacted Caro’s office hysterical, and she advised me not to apply for anything except a fiancée visa. She filed the application, told us exactly what we needed to provide her with, and 12 months later, the fiancée visa was approved. I was going to apply for a tourist visa after googling; I am so happy I listened to Caro.

I went to the consulate, and Caro fully went through everything with me, what documents to have, we did a mock interview and my fiancé visa was approved; there were no issues at the airport this time. The consulate approved my fiancée visa. I was terrified because the experience at the airport previously was awful.

After we married in the United States, Caro filed for my green card. Since we were newly married, I was only permitted to receive a temporary green card for two years , and later, Caro helped file for the removal of conditions. Again, we trusted Carol, she filed everything and I received confirmation that I now have a 10 year green card.

Caro advised that if I wish to become a dual US citizen, I could do this. I recently attended my citizenship interview and am awaiting the oath ceremony.

I went from being denied entry to be with my fiancee and now I am soon to be a dual US citizen living in Seattle and I would never have been able to do any of this if it was not for Caro’s help. The process is long and tedious but worth it because I am legal in the States
